Terms & Conditions
By completing the online Credit Application form you agree that all information is for the purpose of obtaining credit and certify the information is true and correct. All goods invoiced to Applicant by Port Consolidated, Inc. shall be sold in reliance upon the information contained in, or attached to this online Credit Application including the general conditions of sale and delivery. Applicant attests to financial responsibility, ability and willingness to pay the invoices in accordance with the Company’s terms and conditions, 1-1/2% per month service charge on past due balances. Notice of any change which would limit Applicant’s or Guarantor’s liability to Port Consolidated must be given to Port Consolidated, Inc. in writing by certified, return receipt requested mail, addressed to Port Consolidated, Inc., 3141 SE 14th Avenue, Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Personal Guarantee
I affix my digital signature to this credit application on behalf of Applicant and as an individual personally guarantee payment of all present and future indebtedness of applicant to Port Consolidated, Inc. and waive all notices from Port Consolidated, Inc. and waive the right to require Port Consolidated, Inc. to proceed against Applicant. I also agree that my personal liability hereunder shall not be deemed to be released or discharged by an extension of time, or by any other modification, substitution, settlement, or compromise granted by Applicant, or by change in the legal form or ownership of Applicant. Any action to collect past due balances or to enforce the personal guarantee, shall be at Port Consolidated, Inc.’s option, be filed in the Broward County Municipal Court or the Broward County Superior Court and the Laws of the State of Florida shall be entitled to all costs incurred. Costs shall include, but not be limited to: (i) Reasonable attorney’s fees, and (ii) interest at the maximum rate allowed by law on a commercial loan.
